A brasserie on the lake side of Geneva
Solvane cooks what the lake, the Geneva countryside and the Jura give each season. Perch from Lake Geneva, longeole from a butcher in the Champagne genevoise, Chasselas from the slopes of Satigny. The room seats fifty-two, the terrace forty in summer, and Le Salon fourteen for private dinners.
Chef Élise Marbot opened Solvane in 2019 after twelve years in kitchens in Lyon and Lausanne. Read our story, see the menu, or book a table.

- Tuesday to Saturday: 12:00–14:00 and 19:00–22:30
- Sunday: lunch only, 12:00–15:00
- Monday: closed
